Levisticum officinale, aka "Lovage", an early emerging perennial herb whose foliage tastes like super-charged celery and whose roots are a lung medicine.

Avena sativa, aka "Oats", whose milky green seed tops are a nervine, medicinally. Planted in a maze for the fun of it. Turned out to be cool when harvesting.
